Recommended Use:
Phase One Loading: Take 5 capsules, 5 times a day for the first 5 days, thereafter take a maintenance dose.
Phase Two Maintenance: After the loading phase, take 4 capsules per day, if a training day 2 1 hour before training and 2 immediately afterwards with a glass of water or an isotonic drink. If a non-training day take 2 capsules before lunch and 2 before dinner.
