Bioglan Calamari Gold Brain Support 500mg contains golden calamari oil which is particularly rich in essential Omega-3 fatty acid DHA – known for its role in supporting healthy brain function and vision.
As we age, adequate intake of Omega-3 DHA is especially important as it accounts for up to 40% of the polyunsaturated fatty acids in the brain and 60% in the retina within the eye, making it an important part of our brain and eye health. Calamari Gold 500mg contains 200mg DHA per capsule – which is more than standard 500mg Fish Oil and Krill oil combined. It also contains EPA which supports a health heart.
