”Entre Lunas” means ”Between Moons” and reflects the Tempranillo grapes sourced from organic vineyards in the Castilla region of Spain. Fertilised with decomposed plant material, the grapes are nurtured during the vinification process using sustainable techniques in line with traditional methods, following the phases of the moon and planet positions in a natural rhythm.

Aged in French or American oak barrels for eight months, this wine offers a full-bodied and intense flavour of black and red fruits with notes of vanilla and spice. The palate is dominated by soft tannins with a lingering chocolate and coffee finish. Ideal to serve with beef, lamb, veal, poultry and tempura vegetables.
