It’s crafted from aluminium with an extra-thick forged base, giving even heat distribution and stability when on the hob. The interior features the Thermolon™ Infinity ceramic non-stick coating, which has been enhanced with diamonds for incredible durability.

The sturdy body of this pan also takes advantage of an energy-saving induction base, so it can be used on all hobs including induction, while the wooden stay-cool handle offers a wonderfully comfortable grip.
